Principales responsabilités

 Within the Ecosystem Group, the Marketplace Vendor Store Manager owns the business management and operation (P&L) of our client Store Vendor Service. The purpose of the role is to develop and grow usage, customer satisfaction and revenues flows generated by Actitilty’s ThingPark Marketplace Vendor channels, leveraging our client Marketplace of third party IoT hardware, applications Suppliers and IoT solution Vendor partners, as well as our client owns distribution inventory of IoT products and services.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage our client ThingPark Vendor Stores services including:

- Our client  branded public Vendor Shop offers, customer acquisition and revenues flows

- Our client  private IoT product ordering portal for its direct sales and key channels partners

- Partner Vendors E-shops hosted in Actiliy’s ThingPark Vendor Store.

Specific responsibilities includes:

  • Set up and manage our client E-Shop and private product portal offer catalogues, including selection of suppler products, offers, prices, promotions and margin objectives.
  • Onboard and support Vendors partners in the creation & management of their offer catalogues in our client  ThingPark Vendor Store.
  • Build and track business & customer experience KPI’s for ThingPark Vendor Stores.
  • Build awareness of ThingPark Store and acquisition plan to register new customers.
  • Work with Actiltiy’s Operation Group to implement customer support and order management processes to ensure best in class experience for subscribers of all Vendors hosted on our client  ThingPark Vendor Store.
  • Work with the Operation Group to ensure fulfillment of customer orders for all products purchased through our client E-Shop and private IoT product ordering portal.
  • Work with ThingPark Vendor Store (white label) platform customers to jointly develop traffic and subscriber usage toward their IoT Vendor stores.
  • Manage ongoing business relationships with Actiliy Vendor Store Suppliers.
  • Develop training material to support management of new Vendors and Suppliers.
  • Define and organize the implementation of business tools and business processes to support Vendors and Suppliers.
  • Work with our client Finance Group to organize, business reporting and accounting support operations to ensure revenue collection from Subscribers, sales account management and remittance flows to Vendor, Supplier, Taxholders and our client 
  • Work with our client partner Ecosystem team to grow the catalogue of onboarded Vendors and Suppliers to meet the needs of ThingPark Store customers.
  • Feedback improvement and new requirements into ThingPark Store product roadmap.


Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5/7 years of ‘hand on’ experience in e-commerce business and B2B site management.
  • In depth understanding of business process required to operate an online B2B e-commerce service for technical physical products and applications.
  • Organized and structured mindset, with demonstrated ability to set up and organize e-commerce business processes from scratch.
  • Hand on practice of e-commerce service management. Web technologies and tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen enabling to buid and grow commercial relationships with Vendors and Suppliers of mobile technology / IoT product and solutions
  • Self-starter, practical problem solver with ability to work autonomously.
  • Result driven, willing to work against measurable objectives and targets.
  • Interest and understanding of the IoT product and solutions market, e.g. key market segments, customer solutions, and supplier ecosystem.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills to interact with third party partners, colleagues, cross-functional teams.
  • Master degree or equivalent experience, engineering degree or MBA preferred
  • Fully Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus
